Beke Nyoni

Registered mental Health Nurse; Dip (HE) Mental Health; Bsc (Hons) Nursing Practice; Nurse prescriber Beke is the registered manager for Everliving Services responsible for ensuring care is delivered in line with the requirements and standards of the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and the latest evidence around. With his experience in both hands on care as a carer and registered nurse and in management, coupled with his passion for quality care delivery he is the right person to steer Everliving Services to excellence. Client satisfaction is high on his agenda and he believes in quality service or no service at all. He has altogether 10 years experience in mental health, 7 of which as a Registered mental health nurse. His experience ranges from working in acute mental health settings as a staff nurse and later as a deputy ward manager in some NHS wards in Bedfordshire to working as a Care Coordinator in the community. He has also worked in various private and NHS hospitals around Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire as a locum nurse. This gave him further experience in Forensic, elderly care, dementia care, and learning disability care. He still works for the NHS as a Care Coordinator/ Community Psychiatric Nurse on a part time basis. Beke qualified as a nurse in 2009 with a Diploma in Mental health Nursing. He immediately returned to the University of Bedfordshire and completed a Bsc Honours degree in Nursing practice the following year. Beke has always been dedicated to acquiring more and more knowledge in his career. Over the years he has pursued more university courses at degree level and has achieved additional qualifications in Independent Nurse Prescribing, Recognising mental illness, and student Mentorship.

 

 

Mrs Deborah Imafidon

Safeguarding Lead. Bsc (Social Work) Deborah is a social worker, registered with the HCPC in England. Practised as a social worker for three years in Spain and has five years experience of working in Adult Social Care and Child care services in England. Deborah is co-funder of Everliving Services and actively fuctional as Safeguarding Lead. Deborah ensures that our organisation's safeguarding policy is up to date, ensuring the organisation practice safe recruitment checks for staffs e.g DBS checks and background reference by auditing HR. Her job is also that of investigating complains and safeguarding concerns from clients and staffs within the organisation, as well as make safeguarding referrals to local safeguarding board and CQC, or DBS referrals where appropriate. Responsible for promoting safe environment for clients and staffs by working with the Care Manager and staff team to ensure this. Deborah is keen on ensuring that the clients choice and views are represented in care plans, and that their human rights are being upheld by visiting clients and checking the feedbacks on their care and how they are being supported on a 1:1 interaction with them. As well as auditing the line managers to check that staffs are having regular supervision to check staff are motivated and mentored toward self development with respect to relevant care standards, code of practise and Legislation.
